Labyrinth Vessel II is a Sculpture from Nigel Hoyle Ceramics, Scipelei Pottery collection. This is my newest range from Scipelei Pottery.  The layers of seemingly random patterns lend a mysterious quality to the forms which defy the actual scale of the vessel.  This then portrays a unique vision from any given viewpoint.  Please take the time to browse my Homeware and Panels collections too.  You will find many items for everyday usage as well as pieces to bring meaning and joy to all.

Handcrafted

All of my Sculptures are individual works of art, signed by myself and one-offs.  This series of pieces are hand thrown and dried to leather hard.  This series of pieces are hand thrown and dried to leather hard before the time-consuming process of carving and refining layered patterns into the surface of the vessel.  Finally all pieces are fired to 1260C in my kiln over many hours.  And when the kiln door is opened…  that is when success or failure is clear for all to see!

Delivery

Our preference is for you to visit the studio and pick up your purchase directly from us.  However, we understand that not everyone is able to do this.  Please see our delivery terms and conditions.   If the Sculpture is shown as in stock it means there is one available to be viewed and immediately purchased.  These Sculptures need specialist packing and shipping.  Therefore, if you would like to have it shipped please contact me to identify the cost and shipping method, prior to completing the purchase on-line.  If no stock is shown, then please contact me to talk about what you would like and when I could make it for you.
